    With Mexican and Latin roots, culture and inclusivity are deeply important to Megan and influence her approach to creating events, building partnerships, and bringing people together. Through both Remedy Collective and Remedy Elevates, she is passionate about supporting local artists and businesses, creating inclusive experiences, and using music and culture to strengthen community.

    Founder, Remedy Collective | President, Remedy Elevates

    Matthew Bowman is the founder of Remedy Collective, President of Remedy Elevates, and a music industry professional with more than 25 years of experience as MATTB. A longtime leader in the Grand Rapids music community, he is passionate about mentoring and developing emerging artists while creating opportunities for local talent to grow.

    Matthew’s work extends beyond music into community leadership and public safety. He previously served as Executive Director of the Midtown Neighborhood Association and as a Crime Prevention Coordinator with the City of Grand Rapids and GRPD. His experience in community development, public safety, and entertainment now helps guide Remedy Elevates initiatives focused on community engagement and nightlife safety.

    Across both organizations, Matthew continues to use music, mentorship, collaboration, and community building to create positive and lasting impact.
