About Remedy Elevates & Our Community Impact
Remedy Elevates was founded as an extension of Remedy Collective, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Our mission is to create impactful, community-driven experiences that celebrate art, music, and culture while fostering meaningful connections and opportunities within our community. At our core, we exist to create experiences that do more than entertain, we aim to reinvest in the very community we live, work, and breathe in. From supporting local DJs and artists to collaborating with venues and small businesses, our mission is to keep resources, opportunities, and growth within our local ecosystem.
We are passionate about building a stronger, more connected music and arts scene. Our vision includes elevating local talent to professional levels, creating opportunities for artists to grow their careers, and inspiring the next generation. Through Remedy Elevates, we aim to introduce free and accessible programming for youth, including DJ education and hands-on learning experiences that open doors to creative futures.
Beyond music, our work is deeply rooted in community impact. Remedy Collective has organized and supported initiatives that provide essential resources such as food, clothing, and toys to families in need. We are committed to creating inclusive, large-scale events that are accessible to all ages and backgrounds—bringing people together in meaningful ways.
Our leadership reflects this same dedication to service. Our Founder is a strong advocate for community safety, actively working to educate local bar and venue staff on administering Narcan in response to the growing risk of overdoses, with the goal of preventing unnecessary loss of life. In addition, involved in projects that directly improve community spaces, including fundraising and contributing to the development of safe, revitalized environments for families—such as the transformation of local playground spaces into welcoming, secure areas for children in the Houseman Field Playground reimagine in 2025.
Our CEO is also deeply engaged in community service, contributing time and leadership to organizations such as Kids’ Food Basket, Baxter Community Center, and Make-A-Wish, while previously leading initiatives focused on women’s empowerment, networking, and continuous improvement management and certification.
Remedy Elevates was created to expand this impact—to be a driving force in building community, supporting local talent, and creating experiences that give back.

Beats for Tots: Raised funds and donated toys and essentials to children’s organizations.
